If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, simply drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number and the reason why you want to return your product. We will guide you on what you have to do next.
Kindly bear in mind that you will have to bear the cost of shipping when returning something and if 14 days have gone by since you have received your product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Also, it is important that the products are unused if you would like to return them.
Refunds can be issued if the delivered product is significantly different from that described, the product is damaged, you have not received the product within 90 days after purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, so please be a little patient. If it's been over 14 days that you still have not received your refund after the confirmation email is received, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
